It depends on the service you're requesting. When you ask for your service detail, nothing will be charged until the contract is made. Before pre-payment, we suggest you inquire more supporters for their price quote and don't forget to compare with each other. *Cancellation is acceptable after submitting your request and before the contract is finished (before pre-payment is done). **If you need to move the much larger or heavier pieces of furniture, we recommend you hire two or more supporters to assist.
1. Select the service (supporter) of your choice click the "Request" button. 2. You will be able to chat directly with the supporters providing furniture assembly / repair services. Please inform the supporters specific details of your request, such as number of items, item name / URL, desired date of assembly etc. You can also negotiate the price during this stage. 3. When the supporter presses the "Accept" button, you will then be able to make a payment. So once all the details are decided, please make a prepaid payment. We accept Bank Transfer. If you cannot pay with Bank Transfer, please make a bank transfer to Wondertimes and then contact Wondertimes CSC. 4. Supporters provide the furniture assembly service at the scheduled date and time 5. Please be sure leave a review after the service is finished. The supporter will only get paid after both of you have completed the review process.
We recommend choosing supporters who are IKEA furniture assembly certified or who are ID verified. Other than that, please choose based on service area, number of reviews etc.
