It depends on the service you're requesting. When you ask for your service detail, nothing will be charged until the contract is made. Before pre-payment, we suggest you inquire more supporters for their price quote and don't forget to compare with each other. *Cancellation is acceptable after submitting your request and before the contract is finished (before pre-payment is done).
1. Select the service (supporter) of your choice click the "Request" button. 2. You will be able to chat directly with the supporters providing house keeping or cleaning services. Please inform the supporters specific details of your request, desired date and time, location, etc. You can also negotiate the price during this stage. 3. When the supporter presses the "Accept" button, you will then be able to make a payment. So once all the details are decided, please make a prepaid payment. We accept Bank Transfer. If you cannot pay with Bank Transfer, please make a bank transfer to Wondertimes and then contact Wondertimes CSC. 4. Supporters provide the housekeeping service at the scheduled date and time 5. Please be sure to leave a review after the service is finished. The supporter will only get paid after both of you have completed the review process.
